Big Pine Creek Campground is located about 10 miles from
Big Pine on Forest Route 9S21. Campers come out to fish in the stream that runs through the campground, or
hike to glaciers or lakes in the nearby John Muir Wilderness. The campground has 36 campsites.
To get there from Big Pine take Forest Route 9s21 about 10 miles to the campground.
Amenities at the campground include paved roads, vault toilets, drinking water, picnic tables, and fire
rings.
Fees are $15 /night for a single site with up to 6 people and 2 vehicles. Extra vehicles are each charged
an additional $5 /night.
Check out time is 1 p.m. This campground is open from mid-May to mid-October. |
