Camp Host duties include
general maintenance of the campground. This includes, but is
not limited to, painting tables, raking sites, cleaning toilets,
cleaning fire pits, record keeping, fee collection and other
specific work duties that may arise as directed by your Area
Manager. Please describe how you feel about doing this type
of work. What concerns might you have?
Related to the work
items listed in the previous question, is there anything which
would limit your performance of these duties?
Are there any minimum
and/or maximum hours that you desire to work in a week?
Summarize what you
feel are the most important qualities for good customer service.
Are you comfortable
with contacting the public and approaching guests to collect
fees. Based on what you know about collecting fees, what approach
has worked best for you?
If presented with
a difficult customer, what are your methods to resolve the
conflict for a win-win result?
It may be necessary
to use your personal vehicle in the performance of your duties.
You will be reimbursed for mileage required to be driven outside
of the campground. List any issue you may have with this arrangement.
In all of your campgrounds
it is required to have your pet on a leash at all times outside
of your personal vehicles. It is a campground rule and important
that we set the example. Is this a concern for you?
