How to Find Your Next Season with Us
Our job board has a fresh new look!
Finding the right position is about more than a job listing, so we’ve turned our job board into something better: a way to browse the positions we’re recruiting for, pick your favorites, and connect with a recruiter who’ll get to know you and help find your perfect fit.
Getting started is easy. Click the link below to head on over to our new tool:
Here’s how to use our Recruitment tool
1. Tell us what works for you
Open the finder and use the What works for you filters on the left side. Every filter is optional, but a few will narrow your results the most.
Start with these:
Kind of work: Choose the roles you’re interested in, such as Host or Maintenance.
States: Pick one or more states you’d like to work in.
Your RV or trailer length (ft): Enter your rig’s length so you only see sites that can fit it.
Highest elevation you’re comfortable with (ft): Helpful if altitude or cold weather is a concern.
Then fine-tune if you’d like:
When you can work: Enter your From and Through dates to narrow your results to positions that fit your season. Leave them blank to see positions for every season.
Permit, District, Nearest town: Narrow down to a specific area if you have one in mind. Leave these on “Any” to see everything.
Water, Sewer, Electric: Choose the minimum you need, from “Anything” up to a full hookup at your site.
Road in: Choose the roughest access road you’re comfortable driving, from paved only up to 4WD.
Most hours per week you’d like: Set a limit, or leave it at “No limit.”
Tip: If a position is missing a detail, it still shows up in your results, so you won’t miss an opening we haven’t finished describing. If you see too few results, try loosening a filter or click Clear filters to start over.
2. Save the positions you like
Browse the matching positions and click Read more on any position to learn more about the role, the location, and what the site offers. Save any you’d like to hear more about. Save as many as you like. Each one you pick lets our team know you’re interested in that location.
3. Review and send
When you’re done, click Review and send. Check your selections, add your contact information, and tell us about your RV or trailer and any experience you have. Then click Send to a Recruiter.
4. Hear from a recruiter
A recruiter will follow up with you about your selections. They’ll answer your questions, talk through the details, and guide you through next steps of applying if it’s a great fit. If your plans or interests change, come back to the finder anytime and send a new set of positions.
