Ashley National Forest
Once home to dinosaurs, the "Gorge" is now famous for its monster fish! Here, amazing views are around every corner as the rich red and gold hues of ancient geologic formations contrast with the deep greens of the river, reservoir, and vegetation. Located in northeastern Utah, we operate a number of facilities within the Flaming Gorge National Recreation Area.

Dixie National Forest
Located in southern Utah, the Dixie National Forest occupies almost 2 million acres and stretches for about 170 miles. On the north and east side are Panguitch out to Escalante. The central area is by Cedar City and the Cedar Breaks National Monuments, The southern area includes Pine Valley mountain going north to Enterprise. Many of the campgrounds and areas are in rural southern Utah. The facilities we manage are split between four ranger districts.
