Fletcher View Campground

Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest / Spring Mountain Recreation Area

As the desert heats up Las Vegas, campers flock to the beautiful Spring Mountains to cool off.  More than 100 springs dot the range.

Fletcher View Campground sits at 7,000 feet in an open forest of ponderosa pine, mountain mahogany and Gambel oak, paralleling a seasonal stream and the highway.  Most of the 35 campsites have views of the surrounding towering canyon walls.  There is trailhead access to Mt Charleston Wilderness from the campground.  Potable water, pit toilets, picnic tables and fire rings are provided.  Electric sites are available for reservations up to six months prior to your arrival.  Fletcher View is open year-round.

This island in the desert is waiting for you just 24 miles from Las Vegas.  Enjoy mountain biking, rock climbing, scenic driving and more than 60 miles of hiking and horse trails.
