HR 5204 - New bill adds #publiclands to those that can collect #fees for use

The Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Modernization Act of 2014 (HR 5204) was introduced to Congress in July 2014 and referred to subcommittee on August 11th.  This bill updates the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act to provide the Forest Service and BLM a way to charge day use, entrance and amenity fees on public lands that are currently free.

It states the Forest Service and BLM must submit a list of public lands for public review before they begin charging a fee.
