Beauty Creek Campground is nestled in a narrow, wooded, valley along Beauty Creek about 1/2 mile from Lake Coeur d'Alene.  The city of Coeur d'Alene is about 11 miles west.

The campground is generally open from mid-May through mid-September.  Roads and parking spurs are paved.  Drinking water and vaults toilets are provided.  Beauty Creek includes trailhead parking, a group picnic area and 15 campsites.  About a third of the campsites may be reserved at least 4 days in advance of your arrival.  Check Recreation.gov for rates and availability:  Recreation.gov\Beauty Creek

Northern pike, chinook salmon and bass can be found in Beauty Creek.  Campers also enjoy hiking and biking several nearby trails.  The trailhead for the Caribou Ridge National Recreation Trail starts at the campground. The 5-mile trail features a moderate climb with two outstanding overlooks of Lake Coeur d'Alene.   Other trails in the area include the 1.8-mile Beauty Creek Overlook and the 4.9-mile Mt. Coeur d'Alene Viewpoint.
