Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest \ Salt Lake Ranger District

In a shady canyon on Willow Creek lies the Upper Narrows Campground at 6,400 feet.  This remote campground has 6 single sites for first-come-first-served campers.  2 group sites may be reserved up to 1 year prior to your arrival.  One group will accommodate up to 30 people, the other accommodates up to 50 people.  Upper Narrows is generally open from late May through early October; weather permitting.  Follow the link for directions, rates, availability and current forest alerts:  Recreation.gov \ Upper Narrows Campground

Campsites have picnic tables and fire rings.  Drinking water and vault toilets are also provided.  This is a pack-it-in/pack-it-out facility so don't forget your garbage bags.  The nearby Stansbury Front Trail is excellent for mountain biking, hiking, horseback riding and dirt bikes.  All other OHV's are not allowed.  Campers also enjoy fishing for rainbow and brown trout in Willow Creek.
